FAQs

Have questions about how our bin cleaning service works? We’ve got answers fit for royalty. Browse our most frequently asked questions below.

  • How does the service work?

It’s simple! You leave your trash and recycling bins at the curb on your scheduled service day. After your waste is collected, we arrive the day after bin collection to clean, sanitize, and deodorize your bins using high-pressure, high-heat steam clean. No chemicals needed!

  • What type of bins do you clean?

We clean trash bins, recycling bins and compost bins as part of every service. If you have additional bins (like yard waste), let us know!

  • What areas do you serve?

We serve all of Longmont, Colorado, and the surrounding areas.

  • How often should I get my bins cleaned?

We recommend monthly cleanings to prevent odors, germs, and buildup. For lighter use, quarterly cleanings can still make a big difference. We also offer one-time deep cleanings for a fresh start.

  • Why should I clean my bins?

Even bagged waste leaves behind residue that attracts flies, maggots, rodents, and harmful bacteria like E. coli and Salmonella. Regular cleanings help protect your home, health, and curb appeal.

  • Is your cleaning process eco-friendly?

Yes. We use 200°F steam clean with high-pressure jets, and a self-contained system that captures dirty runoff so it doesn’t enter storm drains. We finish with a biodegradable deodorizer for a fresh, safe scent.

  • What does the service cost?

Pricing depends on your plan (monthly, quarterly, or one-time) and the number of bins. Visit our services page to learn more!

  • Do I need to be home during service?

No. As long as your bins are at the curb on your scheduled service day, we can complete the service while you go about your day.

  • How do I sign up?

Just visit our sign up page to choose your plan and enter your info. We’ll handle the rest!
